From an early age I was drawn to creating, spending much of my childhood and youth absorbed in art practice. After starting a university degree in Fine Art, I switched mid stream to Interior Design, graduating in 2006 with a Bachelor of Built Environment (majoring in Interior Design).
It took me 12 years, and a successful career stint in design, working across 3 countries, to find my way back to art. While practicing art intermittently, its only been since the birth of my second child, and with a break from the creative requirements of a job in design, that I have been able to reconnect with my artistic core, and to begin producing work consistently and with purpose.
I draw inspiration from my interests and passions- architecture, design, travel, nature and plants. I define my style as graphic, colourful and bold.
